We now offer free shipping to the USA and parts of Europe.

Once we receive your payments, your goods will be shipped.
An average international delivery takes approximately 5 - 7 working days.
Sula cannot be responsible for goods held in customs. The buyer is responsible for all inbound duties & taxes.
There should be no import tax or duty to pay for EU customers.
USA customers will incur import taxes and duties of between 6-16% of the total cost of your purchase,
depending on style and material.

RETURNS
If you are not totally happy with your purchase for any reason, return them to Sula within 14 days of the dispatch date,
& we will exchange or refund your money.
We can only accept items that have all their original labels & tags still attached.
Please fill out the returns form that was enclosed in your delivery & return with your item/s to:

We recommend that you return your item/s via recorded/ special delivery & gain a proof of postage.
Sula cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that return postage will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.
RETURNS POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS ONLY
The customer is entitled to a full refund if the goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt. After that, credit notes or exchanges only will be offered.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
